The tickets to the Museum can only be purchased online

Dear guests!

To ensure security, tickets to the museum can only be purchased online – on the museum’s website and Mos.ru portal. An electronic ticket is required to enter the museum. It’s more convenient to buy tickets on Mos.ru portal – you’ll just need to download it to your mobile device and show it to the museum worker at the entrance.

1. Choose the building needed (here is the link for tickets to the Grand Palace). First of all you’ll need to confirm that you are not at risk for the disease (select all checkboxes). Then select the appropriate categoty (e.g. Foreign citizens – “Иностранные граждане“). Select the required number of tickets. Fill in the required fields (Surname, First name). Click “Next” (“Далее“).
2. Fill the required fields (E-mail, Phone number). Click “Pay” (“Оплатить“).
3. To save the ticket on your mobile device after payment, click “Download ticket” (“Скачать билет“). To enter the museum, present a printed or electronic ticket.

The entrance to the park is free.
